Chromate-free two-component aqueous sol-gel (zirconium salts + organometallic)
Chromium-free sol-gel conversion creating a very adherent hybrid layer (< 0.5 µm) on aluminium, titanium and stainless steel that increases the adhesion of primers, paints and adhesives; an alternative to grit blasting and chromate conversions, with no rinsing. Colourless version and coloured BLUE version for visual control; touch-ups with 'pen'.
